As part of our autumn term food related badgework the Cubs went to the Tescos Superstore in Watford to complete their Farm to Folk badge.  After a safety talk & an introduction to staff the Cubs were set a number of tasks to complete around the store.  They saw a demonstrations on fileting fish & other related works required to obtain the badge.  After a tour ‘behind the scenes’ to see how the store operates the Cubs were invited to sample a number of different foods & drinks.

 

All of the Cubs thoroughly enjoyed their evening & each of them came away with a goodie bag from Tescos.  All of these attending received their Farm to Folk badge later in the term.
